SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY TIMES

The on-line payment system will automatically calculate the shipping and handling applicable to the order according to the delivery address and the weight of the package. We aim to process all orders within 24 hours and to dispatch them within the next 10 business days. The brushstrokes effects are individually hand-applied to the print after it is ordered so a little extra-time is needed, not only to apply the brushstrokes effect but also to allow the textured coat enough time to be completely dry before we dispatch.

We ship unframed orders via air priority parcel postal service unless the Express Delivery option has been ordered. Actual transit time within the USA averages around 5 to 7 working days and 10 to 15 working days for the rest of the world. You will receive your parcel from your local postal service.
Framed art is all shipped via door to door courier service.

EXPRESS DELIVERY: if you are in a hurry to receive your order, you may want to choose our Express Delivery option (an additional $30 charge applies on top of our standard shipping and handling charges). The Express Delivery option not only offers you express door-to-door courier service with track & trace but also places your order on top of the orders queue for quicker processing. This would typically reduce the average delivery transit time of 5 to 7 working days down to just 2 to 4 working days from the day your order is shipped.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not fully satisfied with your choice of fine art prints, you may return them back to us within the next 15 days of the delivery date. A full refund for the price of the art prints will be credited to your credit card account once the art prints have been received back at our premises in good order, no questions asked. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

RETURNING INSTRUCTIONS

In order for us to process a refund or exchange please note that you must previously contact us via email at returns@prints4all.com and request a Return Authorization Number. We will promptly reply with the appropriate returning instructions and authorization number.
